Immerse yourself in the intoxicating world of Lavaux wines through our themed evenings. Each event is an invitation to discover the talents of local winemakers, meticulously selected to offer you an authentic experience rich in flavor.

As soon as the evening begins, let yourself be carried away by an aperitif at the Kavo, where you can savor the first impressions of these exceptional wines. Then, our talented chef Alexandre Noireaux and his brigade will delight you with a special menu, meticulously crafted to sublimate food and wine pairings, all in the warm atmosphere of the Rôtisserie.

Throughout the evening, the winemaker will be on hand to comment on his wines and answer all your questions, creating precious moments of conviviality and exchange.

Nestled on the famous slopes of Lavaux, Domaine des Faverges offers a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. It has known only two owners: the Cistercian Abbey of Hauterive for almost 700 years, and the State of Fribourg, the current owner since 1848.

The Domaine is built entirely on terraces, on the upper slopes of the village of St-Saphorin. It benefits from generous sunshine, thanks to its southern exposure. The terroir is characterized by a light to medium alkaline soil with a silty-sandy texture, featuring sandstone, rocky sediments and alluvial deposits.

Since the end of 2020, Gérald Vallélian has been cultivating and vinifying all the estate's vines on site.

He continues to work the lower 6.6 ha usingorganic farming methods, a principle he introduced to this part of the estatein 2004, and which will also be applied to the upper 8.8 ha, previously cultivated using integrated production methods.

Domaine du Daley, founded in 1392, is a historic site overlooking Lake Geneva, in the heart of the Lavaux terraced vineyards. With a philosophy focused on quality and respect for the environment, the estate produces wines of great finesse, made with the greatest respect for grape varieties and terroirs.

The vines, which are partly organic and partly integrated, are worked by hand to guarantee low yields and authentic wines. All wines are made from grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards, matured and bottled on site.

In all, the estate offers 15 different Grands Crus, representing a unique palette of aromas and structures.
