Lumielles - Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

Born from the friendship of two musicians from French-speaking Switzerland, Lumielles was born in 2017.

Classically trained, Zoéline Simone and Chloé Charrière seek to forge links between different musical worlds.

Folk music, both Swiss and from further afield, is their music of choice. For both musicians, this music speaks directly to the heart and guts, and connects us to our roots, whatever they may be.

In addition to their two voices, they use the piano, accordion and a multitude of intuitive instruments such as crystal bowls, rain sticks, sansula, monochords and more.
