Winegrower's evening
Michele Caimotto
"Wine Concierge
In the past, the migration of grape varieties followed the migration of peoples. Nowadays, changing trends and climate change.
An evening of fun and debate around two of Europe's oldest grape varieties, Pinot and Savagnin. The fact that they have been planted in Switzerland for centuries means we can compare styles between different regions, climates and models of inspiration. The playground: Neuchâtel and Valais.
We're delighted to welcome you to the Auberge de l'Onde for this 100% Swiss event, right in the middle of the grape harvest!
