The Auberge de l'Onde brilliantly combines the present and the past. Contemporary, inventive cuisine based on local produce blends with the tradition of a centuries-old house steeped in the history of the medieval Lavaux village of Saint-Saphorin.

Chef Alexandre Noireaux offers an original interpretation of local fish, meat, shellfish, vegetables and fruit in a mouth-watering bistronomic menu.

There are four dining rooms to choose from, from the intimate salon to the Rôtisserie with its monumental fireplace. The building also features a cellar, ideal for aperitifs, presentations and festive end-of-evenings!

L'Auberge de l'Onde is a triple affair of the heart: the heart for the vineyard and the lake, the heart for the place, and the heart of the team to welcome you and treat you.
